Detailed Tax Records and Reports
Owners receive monthly reports through an online portal, providing a breakdown of income, expenses, and cash flow. At the beginning of each year, electronic reports are sent for tax purposes, including 1099 income statements and yearly cash flow reports.
Low Cost at Resident Transition
Our rigorous vetting process results in a low rate of owner contributions for damages beyond the security deposit. This approach minimizes move-out expenses, maximizing returns for property owners. There are general wear and tear items that owners will be responsible to fix in between residentcies.

Our 24/7 emergency maintenance center ensures live support for residents in case of emergencies, providing swift resolution.
